Portals

Sessions Health is a secure, HIPAA compliant, EHR site that Onwards & Upwards Therapy uses. All clients are required to have a Sessions Health account. This is where all telehealth sessions, documents, and assessments are held.

All current clients can access their portal HERE. 

Onwards & Upwards Therapy uses both Headway and Alma for their billing platforms depending on the client's insurance. Both platforms are free of charge for the client and the client will not be charged anything other than the copay or fee associated with each session. Each client will be sent the information regarding the billing platform they will use. At this time, Headway is used for any clients using Carefirst, BCBS, or Kaiser as their insurance.

Each client will be sent the information regarding the billing platform they will use. At this time, Alma is used for any clients using Cigna or Aetna as their insurance, or private pay.
